Nicky Weldon Bullock, age 75 passed away on April 30, 2022 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Ms. He was born on October 24, 1946 to Kerney C. Bullock and Myrtle R. Pitts Bullock. He graduated high school and attended both Mississippi State, as well as the University of Southern Miss. Mr. Bullock was in the United States Air Force, and was also a salesman at Shaw Industries for a time. He lived a long life, full of friends, family, and love. He leaves behind his wife, Frances Bullock, whom he loved and cherished dearly. He is also survived by his son, Marty Bullock (Pam) of Ellisville, MS; step-son, Jeff Horton (Dee) of Nesbit, MS; daughter, Tracy N. Maggard of Laurel, MS; step-daughter, Letitia Kennedy (Todd) of Mobile, AL; brothers, David Bullock (Charlotte) and Ken Bullock (Elaine) all of Laurel, MS; sister, Karen Bustin (Joe) of Laurel, MS; and twelve grandchildren. Nicky is preceded in death by his parents, Kerney C. Bullock and Myrtle Bullock; and by his son-in-law, James Maggard. Services for Mr. Bullock will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Bethlehem Community Church. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. and will last until the service time at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be at Bethlehem Community Church Cemetery. Rev. Jamie Altman and Robert Scruggs will officiate.
