Kyle Austin Keller

To know Kyle was to be acquainted with a quiet natured, fun loving, gentlemen with graceful manners and a caring spirit. Our earthly loss is Heaven’s gain. Kyle, a senior at North East Jones High School and recipient of a Presidential Scholarship at USM along with being admitted to the Honors College, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014. Kyle proudly served as an assistant manager of PDI, and thoroughly enjoyed and loved his associates, especially Barry and Amy Beard and Marie Dearman. Very special young adults sharing Kyle’s life include Angelina Smith, Shelby Caraway, Rebekah Page, Addison Sanford, Allison Wigley, and so many others. Preceding Kyle in death were his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Asa M. Keller of Toledo Ohio, Mr. Frank John Nowak, Jr. of Toledo, Ohio, and Edward and Lounett Butler of Laurel, Mississippi, and a brother, David Wigley, of Laurel, Mississippi. Kyle is survived by his grandmother, Emma Ersepke, of Toledo, Ohio, his mother, Barbara Nowak Keller of Florence, South Carolina, his dad and step-mother, Ron and Bonnie Keller of Laurel, Mississippi, his brother and sister-in-law, Stephen and Theressa Wigley of Gainesville, Georgia, and nieces, Jessica Perritt and Emma Wigley of Gainesville, Georgia, and Allison Wigley of Laurel, Mississippi. Lovingly surviving Kyle are his aunts and uncles, Mary and Jim Leininger, Merritt, North Carolina, George and Sandy Keller, Pennsylvania, Katherine and Ted Moss, Pennsylvania, Joan and Jerry Wise, Lawton, Oklahoma, Gene Keller, New York, James and Laurie Keller, Ohio and Evelyn Butler, Madison, Mississippi, and Mark and Christa Butler, Laurel, Mississippi, Christopher Nowak, Toledo, Ohio, Frances Nowak, Toledo, Ohio, Kathy and Frank Powalowski, Toledo, Ohio. Kyle’s devoted, loving, and faithful God-parents, Don and Polly Burghardt of Delta, Ohio hold dear their mutual love throughout his life. Many cousins, extended family, and friends will remember Kyle dearly in their hearts and in memories. Pall Bearers will be Mark Sellers, A. J. Sasser, Tyler Dalrymple, Dustin Dyer, Alex Musgrove, and Andrew Luker. Honorary pall bearers will be Don Burghardt and Barry Beard. Visitation for Kyle will be held Friday, April 11, 2014, at 2 p.m., at Freedom Baptist Church in the Myrick Community, with the service following at 4 p.m. Kyle’s final resting place will be with family at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Laurel, Mississippi. Mr. Cooper Pope and Reverend Tommy Davis will be officiating during Kyle’s visitation and graveside service. Memory Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
